the single bun

it’s a transition.

a chapter I could never forecast, but can conduct.

sometimes looking in the mirror results in a reflection of ugliness,

someone with dark circles under their eyes and wrinkles on their skin

someone who tries too hard to present themselves as pristine,

when in reality they are solely human.

it sounds too familiar.

does one stand out because they are naturally unique,

or do they force themselves to be distinctive in order to feel superiority?

those two are hard to be distinguished.

wrongly-wielded uniqueness can turn into a disguised ego,

and so to rid that is important.

simplicity and a life of the ordinary is okay to be discovered.

even if the persona seems to be destroyed,

the humility of the soul is restored.

being similar and sometimes mistaken with a crowd is okay

as long as you are already content and understanding of who you are.

therefore, you do not possess insecurity

that leads to desperation of feeling dominance over others.

personal growth and its sustainability should be longed for,

not deprivation or inflation.

two represented individuality and difference,

yet the vision knows it is not longer a necessity

tearing away the ego, suppressing the artist, therefore allowing the person to strive.
